The road not taken...

Have we ever thought how our life would have turned into if we had chosen the other road to walk on? This thought stroke my mind today, without any special occasion to think so. Yet, this thought made myself ponder through my past, and in turn made me think: If i could live in my past with all my present consciousness mind. Because i wish to change all the mistakes i have done through out my life, even though nothing was notorious. It may seem way too idiotic, but some times idiotic thoughts may saw seeds to great inventions. (Here, i thought of the epic: time machine)

How would have been the present world, if many of the so called 'World Leaders' had set their voyage through the other side of the road. Let me take the best example, my mother land INDIA. What would have India been, if there was not any East India Company? Who can predict, India would have become the most powerful nation; many time powerful than what US now is. On the other hand, just think, what would be the face of present India if our great Mahatma, Mr. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi had not cried out of his mothers womb? May be, world would have added another country to the list of "The most downtrodden Countries in the World". I can't tell these are the only possibilities, because, the way nature flips the coin is very much indistinct. We can think the other was also.

Let me take my own life into consideration. At present, I'm an MCA student in a reputed college. When i passed 12th grade in the year 2008, like every other student in my country, i had two options; i can say, i was standing in front of the road shown just like the picture above. The one was the way to engineering, and another Graduation in Science. At first, i opted for the former, but after some days, i latter chose me. Yes, that wasn't a typo, that's true. I was literally diverted from engineering and put into the stream i am in now. The another road.

 That is how nature is. We never know how the future would become. We can dream, dream and still dream for a better future than the present. We can strive hard to correct the mistakes from our past. We can build a road to our future, but future, it is actually destiny; time decides what it should be.

A view from a different angle...

Recently NASA's space rover Curiosity sent an amazing picture of a view of our planet from Mars' perspective. The bottom spot amongst the three white spots is detected as our planet. If at all there were any living beings in mars, they would have seen our mother earth like this.
See how beautiful the red planet looks, but not as much as our earth is. The flora and fauna adorns a planet, the main reason which distinguishes other planets from ours. We have a beautiful planet to live. Let us adorn it with what we can and what it can afford - plants, not plastics... Plant as many plants you can, because you breathe because of them, you feed on them, and you live under them... Let us and our children live in a clean and prosperous earth...

United Nations Organization calls for Indian Graduates

UN opens an opportunity for graduates in India to become an international civil servant. Graduates can apply for "The Young Professional Programme" of UN civil service, jointly conducted by the UN and Indian Council for Cultural Relations. Application shall be forwarded only by online. ഒരു വര്‍ഷത്തിലെ ആഘോഷങ്ങളെല്ലാം ആഘോഷിക്കുവാന്‍ 365 ദിനങ്ങള്‍ മതിവരാത്ത രാജ്യമായ ഭാരത മഹാ രാജ്യത്തിലെ കിഴക്കേ അറ്റത്തു ഇടതുഭാഗമായി അഥവാ കിഴക്ക്-പടിഞ്ഞാറായി ഒരു യമണ്ടന്‍ വള്ളം നങ്കൂരമിട്ടു നില്കുന്നത് പോലെ കേരം തിങ്ങും കേരള നാട്. മനുഷ്യനുള്ളിടത്തെല്ലാം മലയാളിയുമുന്ടെന്നു തെളിയിച്ചവരുടെ നാട്. മലയാളികളുടെ ആ നാട്ടില്‍ ഇന്ന് ആഘോഷത്തിന്റെ ദിനമാണ്.

ലോകത്തെവിടെയാണെങ്കിലും ഓണമെന്നാല്‍ ജാതിമത-ദേശ അതിരുകളില്ലാതെ മലയാളികള്‍ ഒത്തുചെര്ന്നു ആഘോഷിച്ചുല്ലസിക്കുന്ന ഓണം. അത്തം പത്തിന് പൊന്നോണം എന്ന് വിശേഷണം ശരിയായ് ഇണങ്ങും ഈ ദിനത്തിന്. ഈ പൊന്നോണ ദിവസം നമുക്കെല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും സന്തോഷത്തോടെ സദ്യയുണ്ട് ആഘോഷിക്കാം.

ലോകത്തുള്ള എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ പോന്നോനാശംസകള്‍.

My first step for a long journey starts here...

Hi, my dear readers.
I'm not that much well skilled writer, still thought of blogging due to curiosity! Before everything else, let me introduce my self, for one has to know who actually is 'he' listening to. So here I am: 1990 was the year when it happened. On the 17th day of the month named after a Greek goddess Maia, the god of fertility, at 1820 hours i came to this world as the first kiddo to my mom and dad. The district which I was born is called as the "Granary of Kerala". In fortieth day of my birth, i was named Ahamed Yashif.

Started my schoolings at the age of 3 from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Tattamagalam. Putting an to a long fourteen years of schooling in Chinmaya mission, I passed my Senior Secondary School in the year 2007. I don't actually know why i did not opt for a BE, instead i opted B. Sc. Computer Science, that too, in Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore. Past is past. Now i am pursuing Masters degree in Computer Applications from Reva Institute of Technology and Management, Bengaluru. Well, this is the present me, a MCA student, who added himself to a community which makes a mechanical box do amazing things through commands given as zeros and ones along with something extra ordinary called Electricity!

Okey, i open to you, through this self introductory post,  a world of imagination, creativity and knowledge to share with. I will post, discuss, argue and more about anything and everything known to me. Comments and arguments of any sort are welcome. I will be blogging when ever i get time.
